Your payment details are entered online following the placement of your Order and then proceeding to conduct the 'Check Out' process, either by Debit/Credit Card (Global Pay), Paypal For all UK Orders we accept all major credit and debit cards, BACS transfer, CHAPS transfer. Cash payments are limited to £5000.
If payment is made by BACS the prices indicated on the order are guaranteed for 1 week whilst the payment is being processed. After this time the order value may be subject to revision. The order will not be processed until funds have cleared and will be subject to availability.
Title to any goods purchased on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the goods provided that we have processed and received cleared funds in full for the goods.
All prices stated on the website include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated. You are responsible for such delivery charges, which will be confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.
Overseas customers are responsible for any customs fees or import tax duties.
At any time prior to Dispatch Confirmation, CBJ may at its sole discretion, for reasons of availability or otherwise, terminate its agreement with you in respect of any particular Goods and in such case it will in full and final settlement of any claims you might have return any monies received from you, within 30 days of receipt of such monies, to your nominated account.
CBJ may at its sole discretion refuse or cancel your order, in which case CBJ shall return any monies received from you, within 14 days of receipt of such monies via your original payment method.
You will only own the goods once we have received cleared funds in full. Until such time goods remain the property of CBJ. In the unlikely event that you receive goods you have not paid for and you are requested by CBJ to return the same, you must do so immediately without delay.
