Delivery And Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on most of our items subject to the following terms.

All returned items must be in their original, unused and brilliant condition.

All items must be returned with their full original packaging with full documentation including certificates. Any items returned without their certificates (if applicable) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-return of the certificate will be charged at £350 for a replacement certificate and you may be charged an additional replacement cost for packaging and any other collateral material.

All products must be returned within 30 days of your order's delivery date. Items received beyond the 30 days return period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

The 30 days return policy will not apply in the case were two or more items have been bought with the intention of returning one or more.

The 35 days return policy does not apply to bespoke products or If the product has been engraved.

Any Items received beyond the 35-day return period, will not be eligible for the 30 days return policy.

On receipt of returns, all items are fully inspected and subjected to authentication and verification by Blue Angel Jewellers. If you wish to return an item please contact us first and we will provide you with further instructions.

The postage cost of returning any item is the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to insure any return deliveries for the full value.

Blue Angel Jewellers is not responsible for any damages or lost packages during shipment. We recommend you return all packages using Royal Mail special delivery for UK customers or Fed Ex for international customers and insure the package for the full amount. For security reasons we strongly recommend you do not write the name Blue Angel Jewellers on any packages.
